After sales contact is difficult with the mobile number referring you to a message bank and then email. I chose to Facebook message which was answered in an hour. I was told the shop was busy and offered to either return the dress or a discount of 10%. As I wanted the dress I accepted the small discount offered. Not the experience I was hoping for. Review on Trip Advisor – “Queens Plaza is an upmarket shopping centre trending more to the luxurious than the average. Some stores are available to us in Perth but I doubt concentrated in one shopping centre. My wife likes browsing David Jones so we headed there, she to the ladies section and I to the men’s. Plenty to interest me but I needed to be about 30 years younger and of a less generous body build. Meandered to the ladies section and discovered my wife with her bargain buys. Had a look in some of the other luxury outlets, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Chanel, Tiffany & Co and others, fabulous offerings for those living on another level. Visited Coles before heading up the mall to buy a lotto ticket!!” – Dan L

Plenty of small food shops, good clothing shops and even a cinema on the top floor. Take advantage of this shopping centre and learn about what it has to offer because you will be seeing a lot of it during your stay in Brisbane and it may come in handy.”- Jeff M

Review on Yelp – “Very cool, unique shops in the Brisbane Arcade. Some of my favorites are a European brand store with clothes and lingerie- they had a great sale on French lingerie at the Little Black Dress Shop (also had lovely Missoni pieces). I wandered upstairs to find a LOVELY jewelry store called Details. They do beautiful contemporary pieces with opals and other gems, and it is reasonably priced, as well! I think I found my new favorite jewelry store- the store workers were friendly and attentive and let me try on anything that caught my eye. I can’t wait to explore the other shops in the Arcade- will definitely be back!” – Melissa L
