Room was fresh, clean, big flat screen TV, and a fantastic walk in shower. Breakfast is great with a selection of pastries, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, coffee, juice, and cereals. With lockdown restrictions eliminating the ability for me to travel from Sydney to Burleigh Heads for my best friends 40th birthday – Lou literally “came to the party”. It was on a Sunday, I rang Lou’s at about 10am, enquiring about delivery of balloons but ended up with a service that was as close to me being there as possible. I gave Lou my max budget, and not only did they created an amazing, unforgettable Balloon Tree but also went and got a potted orchid (flowers), some Bubbles and chocolates and delivered it all by about 3pm that day (A SUNDAY!!!!)
